Instruction of publishing an article to NUAAUS web

Here is what you need to do.

1. Goto NUAA US home page: http://www.nuaa-us.org/

2. Click "member login" on the horizontal menu bar near the top. If you have not registered, you need to do so by clicking "registration" and following the steps.

3. Once registered, click "Return to Index Page", if you are not there.

4. You should see a "Welcome" category on the left side of the web page. There is a "submit" New Article" link that you want to click.

5. Now you are ready to publish an article. Follow the form and fill it out based on your needs.

6. Click "submit" when you are done.
